This type of vibratory plate, also known as round plate, has been in use on Scandinavian construction sites for many years. This is exactly what the new BOMAG BR 95 vibratory plate does. It runs smoothly and stably. It is easy to guide and manoeuvre. The technical properties correspond to those of a single direction plate. On sand, gravel and mixed soils, very good compaction values up to a fill height of 25 cm are possible. The rounded base plate defines the working surface. Not a single component protrudes. With a BOMAG BR 95, you can compact right up to walls, pillars and in corners. And thanks to the larger base plate compared to the vibratory tamper, an even surface finish can be achieved.
